First the neon eyes + now the statement lips! I'm slowly building up the confidence to try this out. I only use chapstick + haven't really worn lipstick since high school, so this would be a big jump. I keep buying bright shades, but haven't tried them out in public yet. The trick is wearing it with just a bit of mascara + nothing else. Here are some I've been testing...
