i respect her regardless of the coldness. i really believe it is her armor.
she wouldn't have gotten to where she is without it.
i love that she admits to being needy. it shows vulnerableness.
also, notice she doesn't actually deny the rumor of not being able to talk to her on an elevator, lol.
