Last year I was on the padded shoulder tank top bandwagon so it's no surprise that this shoulder-pad sweatshirt caught my eye. It comes in white and gray and is only $15. My take on the trend as a winter outfit idea involves a pair of black cat-eye sunglasses, edgy gold hoop earrings, a tan mini bag, classic straight-leg Levi's jeans, and snake print ankle boots. I'd keep the beauty minimal and glowy with the help of a great highlighting balm.
